"The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing." — Walt Disney

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to succeed at everything they touch, while others struggle to make any progress?

What’s their secret? Is it luck, talent, or something else entirely?

The truth is, success isn’t just about what you do—it’s about how you think, how you frame things, and most importantly, how you act.

But are you acting in ways that move you toward the success you seek, or are you just doing the same old things? Know this: more of the same will only give you more of the same.

Before we get started, let’s get clear on a few things:

First, any time you want to achieve something in your life—whether it’s earning more money, achieving your ideal health, being in a happier relationship, or building a successful business—you’re not just trying to change your results. You must also create an internal world that aligns with those results; otherwise, nothing will change.

Second, you can’t change your outer world through willpower alone. True transformation requires inner alignment.

If you understand these two principles—and you’re ready and willing to succeed at anything in your life—you’ll be amazed by where it leads you.

So, where does the success you seek start?

What Do You Really Want?

Stop right there. Before you go any further, have you ever asked yourself this one profound question: What do you truly want?

Not what others want for you. Not what you think you should want. But what makes your heart race and your soul come alive? Many people don’t ask this because they’ve been conditioned to stay within the “box” of norms. But remember, your life is on the line each day, so how can you make your success more meaningful to you?

Many people follow what others say, but now it’s time to open your heart and be true to yourself. What do you want?

Clarity is Power

Clarity is power. You read that right—clarity is power. Do you know what your success looks like in as much detail as possible? This is one of the biggest keys to achieving any kind of improvement or transformation in your life.

Why Clarity of Vision is Crucial to Achieve Your Goals

Are you looking to earn more? To deepen your relationships? To be healthier? To advance in your career? To give more in life? To be more than what you are? To travel more? To have more time freedom so you can do more of what you love? When you know what you want, it becomes easier to take actionable steps toward achieving more in your life.

For instance, saying “I want to earn £10,000” doesn’t give you a lot to build on. But when you specify the amount and how it will impact your life, the vision becomes clearer. Refine your goal to something like, “I want to earn £10,000 a month within the next two months.” This clarity gives you a tangible objective and a way to measure your progress as you work toward that goal.

What steps will you take to reach this target, and how will this income impact your lifestyle and aspirations?

So, how can you be more specific about what you desire to achieve in your life? The more specific you are, the better.

Know Your Big Why

Do you know your big "why"?

As my dear friend John Assaraf says, “Do you know what your big 'WHY' is? When your 'Why' is big enough, the 'how' becomes so much easier. When you choose your goals, make sure that you really, really, really have a bigger why than just yourself and self-gain.”

Here’s the truth—when challenges arise (and they will), your "why" is what will keep you going, especially when the going gets tough. This is particularly true when you’re growing toward something bigger than where you are right now.

Take a moment to dig deep and reflect:

  • What truly brings me joy and fulfillment?

  • What values are most important to me?

  • What legacy do I want to leave behind?

  • What challenges have I overcome, and what have they taught me?

  • What would I do if I knew I could not fail?

Knowing your "why" strengthens your ability to rise up and provides clarity on your path. Your "why" will be your guiding light, reminding you of the purpose behind your efforts as you move toward the success you seek.

So, what are your "whys" in life?

What are your life's "whys" then?

Put Success in Your Mind Every single day. Priming your mind for success is essential because your thoughts have power over your reality.  When you focus on When you focus on success, you begin to align your actions and beliefs with that vision.

Program Success Into Your Mind Every Day.

Priming your mind for success is critical because your thoughts have power over your reality. When you concentrate on success, you begin to align your actions and beliefs with that goal. This mindset provides the foundation for achieving your objectives and overcoming obstacles.  Without consistent mental preparation, it’s easy to fall back into old habits and negative thought patterns that hold you back.

To truly achieve the success you desire, you must instill success in your mind every day. This isn't a one-time event or something you do when you're motivated; it takes consistent effort and commitment.

How to prepare your mind for success:

  1. Visualize Your Desired Outcome:

Every morning, take five minutes to visualize your desired outcome. See it in your mind’s eye and focus on the feelings you want to experience. Why? Because your mind can’t tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined. Decide on the results you wish to achieve for the year or the next few months.

The key is to know what success looks like before you start—and don’t forget to express gratitude.

  2. Emotionalize Your Desired Outcome: Feel as if you’ve already achieved your desired outcome. Dive deep into that feeling—what would it be like if you had already achieved it? What does it feel like for you? Why? Because the more you feel it, the more it helps you move toward your desired outcome. Want more in your life? Feel it fully, then move into inspired action to match this feeling.

  3. Set Your Intention: Do you know where you’re going and what you desire to happen? You might be wondering why this matters. Setting an intention is one of the biggest keys to staying focused. It helps you see whether you’re on track or off track toward achieving what you want. So set it, take inspired action, and let it unfold.]

  1. Have a Vision Board: Do you have a vision board—a clear, visual representation of what you want in your life? This isn’t a waste of time. By creating a vision board with images that represent what success would look like for you, you’re building a new image in your mind’s eye. And if you reinforce it daily, this image will start to become your reality. Start today: gather images, quotes, and symbols that resonate with your dreams, and place them where you’ll see them regularly. This visual reminder will keep you inspired.

  1. Surround Yourself with Reminders of Your Goals: Who are you surrounding yourself with? Make sure your environment reflects your ambitions. Whether it’s quotes on your wall, an inspiring music playlist, or visuals that remind you of your goals, create a space that aligns with what you desire. The more your environment aligns with your growth and success, the more empowered you’ll feel to take action.

What steps will you take today to program success into your life?

Practice, Practice, Practice

Success isn’t a one-time achievement; it’s a skill that you can develop over time. Think of it this way: how did you learn to walk? You didn’t just try once; you repeated it time and time again until you could walk confidently. How did you learn to brush your teeth? Not by doing it once but by making it a daily habit. And how did you learn to drive? You didn’t just hop into a car and start driving perfectly.

Everything you desire in life is achievable, but it’s about practicing until it becomes the new automatic version of you.

As my mentor John Assaraf wisely said, “Every pro was once an amateur. Every expert was once a beginner. So dream BIG and start NOW.” Every success story begins with the simple act of showing up. Embrace the process and commit to practicing your craft daily.

What small steps can you take today to practice and improve the results in your life? How will you keep showing up for yourself, even on the days when you don’t feel like it?

Consistency is key—it’s more important than intensity. The more consistently you practice, the more skilled and confident you’ll become in your pursuit of success.

So, what will you practice today and for the next 100 days? You read that right—for the next 100 days.

Turn Any Setback into Your Comeback

What’s the secret that successful people understand? That failure is not the opposite of success; it’s the most important part of the journey toward the success you seek. Every setback has the potential to become your greatest comeback. But will you use it as an opportunity to grow, or let it drag you down?

Learn from your setbacks and turn them into powerful comebacks. When you face failure—especially if you’re in a period of growth—take a moment to reflect and ask yourself these important questions:

  • What can I learn from this setback?

  • How can I use it to lift me up instead of weighing me down?

  • What could I do differently next time, knowing that a solution already exists if I look for it?

Use failure as a learning curve that empowers you to grow wiser and stronger, turning any setback into your greatest comeback on the path toward success—as it seeks you, too.

So, how will you frame your next setback as a learning opportunity? What lessons will you carry with you as you continue on your journey?

Take Inspired Action

All the planning, dreaming, and preparing in the world mean nothing without action. But not just any action—inspired action. This is the action that comes from your gut, your heart, and your soul.

It’s time to stop waiting for the perfect moment.Stop waiting until you feel "ready."Stop waiting for permission from anyone but yourself.

Now is the time to start moving, start doing, and start becoming the person you aspire to be. What inspired action can you take today to bring your dreams closer to reality?

As my dear friend John Assaraf says, GOYA—Get Off Your Assaraf! Move, move, move.

So, I ask you: what will you do today to create the success you desire? Will you choose to take inspired action and commit to your journey, or will you let fear hold you back? The choice is yours.

Remember, every small step you take can lead to significant change. Embrace your journey, and let your actions speak for you.

Choose to be unstoppable.

Much love,

Sefika Evliya
