Redefining Your Life Story: Embrace the Power of Transformation

If you can think about it, there is a story behind it.
Everybody has a story. A story that they tell themselves over and over again, whether it be around money, relationships, health, or success. Each and every area of your life has a story behind it.
What stories are you telling yourself? I think I can. I think I can't.
As Henry Ford once said, "Whether you think you can, or you think can't, you're right."
I will never be successful.
I don't deserve anything good.
Good things will always fall apart.
Good things will never happen in my life.
Good people will always leave.
Money doesn't grow on trees, Money is the root of evil.
Now think about what the opposite would be:
I am fully deserving of all the greatness life has to offer.
There is an abundance of greatness all around me.
I am now using my past now as a guiding post, not a hitching post.
I am perfectly healthy mentally, physically & spiritually.
I am open to the greatness life has to offer.
I am deserving of love, care & kindness. I am now surrounded by great people.
There is an abundance of money & money is used for the greater good in the world.
This shift can happen in your life. No matter what story you currently have, It can change. The list that I shared above was my life to living now on the empowering side of life.
How Can You Make a Shift?
The following four steps will give you some guidance, to be able to step into your personal power and start living life on your own terms.
Tips by John Assaraf's first mentor Mr. Alan Brown:
So are you ready to live life on your own terms?
"Everybody can set goals, either written down or in their heads. I am going to teach you how to achieve them" Mr Alan Brown.
1. Get Clear
When was the last time you actually sat down and thought about, what you really wanted out of your life? Opening the door to all possibilities, with no limits.
Now is your time to unleash this power, by asking:
What specifically do you want to achieve? Not what you think you can achieve, but what you really want to achieve - for your health, wealth, relationships, career, business, finances, contribution, fun, and experiences for your life.
Give your brain as much clarity as possible, as our brain loves clarity.
Create a script
Think outside of the box of norm.
Give as much detail as possible - What are you wearing, What do you hear, What do you feel, What do you see?
Get as many sensory factors involved as possible.
Write in present tense for example: I am so happy and grateful for the fact that... It feels great now that... I am absolutely certain that... As our brain cannot tell the difference between what is real or imagined.
2. Prime Your Brain
Read your script every day, run your fingers across the words as you read it, and when you finish each paragraph close your eyes, and feel what it would be like if that was true.
Think of a time when you have read something once - can you remember it?
How about when you have read or felt something over and over and over again?
Can you remember that or even feel it?
The same applies when you want something that is bigger than your current image. The more you impress the image in your mind, you create 'new roads' in your mind's eye to actually see it, and even look for it.
Over time this creates inner coherence, allowing you to become one with the image you have created.
3. Upgrade Your Beliefs
If you believe you are not good enough you become. If you believe you are amazing so you are.
Think of a time when you felt like I am not good enough, worthy enough, I am too old, I am too young. How close were you then to changing your life story?
What about if you had empowering beliefs such as I am amazing, I am more than good enough, I am at a great age to achieve anything I desire?
Do you notice a shift?
Ask yourself:
What would you need to believe about yourself in order to achieve the life story you have set?
Record:
Record those empowering beliefs, and as you do basic tasks such as driving to work, washing dishes, or even hanging laundry, listen to those affirmations daily.
As the great Wayne Dyer once said "A belief system is nothing more than a thought you have thought of over and over again"
The Power of Reinforcing (Repetition) When you practice these teachings you may notice a negative, disempowering self-talk that occurs, This is normal, know that when this happens, that is your old self (the old pattern) trying to fight for its life, but with repetition, emotionalizing, and consistency you can override to old.
It can seem hard at first as you will be using conscious effort to create these beliefs,
but over 30 days, 60 days, 90 days your brain says "I guess you need this pattern"
Making this your new way of thinking and being.
4. Create A Plan
All the 'how-to' achieve something, we know? this easiest part of the equation. In addition to visualizing, setting goals, and reading your goals, The law of GOYA (Get off your ass (Assaraf) is in important part of the equation. moving into motion toward your goals and dreams. Focus on progress vs. perfection.
By asking yourself the following questions:
What do I need to do?
What am I going to do?
When am going to do it?
How specifically?
How am I going to tweak adjust and review my progress?
Change The Way You Think About Your Life.
What is the story you are telling yourself, over and over again?
Who would you be with a different story?

I would be lying if I was to say, yes it is easy, but can get easier with time, consistency, and practice. Whatever you create can be your new mindset & reality. Believe and know it can happen
