Turn Doubt into Your Fuel For Greater Success

Getting Back on Track - Blog Post Image

Do you remember a moment in your life whereby you felt anxious, your heart racing, your thoughts are going wild? "Can I really do this"

Then a short while after, you ended up precisely where you began or even worse.

When I first started blogging back in 2020.

For many months - I had been putting off developing my website / and adding one blog content.

Here are a few of the mental challenge which has kept me stuck -

  • A part of me was like, I don't deserve to start living my own life.

  • I felt like I was unsupported by family, as from the past, I never felt loved, cared for, or supported.

  • I was fearful of breaking free officially being paid as a career for my mum; To start living independently.

  • I feared going public. Can I do this?

  • Most of all, I used to fear letting go of my past. But I had decided not more use my past as a hitching, only using it as a guiding post. as John Assaraf, my mentor, says, "Past doesn't = Future."

  • Then there was the fear of my past limited self-worth and self-esteem - Creeping up and stopping me.

1. Commit To Doing Whatever It Takes.

Before I started blogging, I made a committed decision to do whatever it takes - Inspired by the story John Assaraf shared in the past: "If you're committed, you'll do whatever it takes, If you're interested, you'll do what convenient."

A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE - THAT BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK, I WILL BE LAUNCHING MY WEBPAGE AND ADDING ONE BLOG CONTENT !!! THIS WAS A HUGE STEP, HOWEVER, A STEP FORWARDS !!!!

Not only did I successfully launch this website and content, but I have also helped and inspired many worldwide.

A committed mindset is not I will - when. It is how and what you will do to achieve your desired outcome—NO EXCUSES OR STORIES. Are you committed to your goals and dreams?

2. Reframe What you focus on expands. What if you could open the window and set a new frame?

'Open Window' One of my favorite Innercise From John Assaraf's book Innercise is 'Open Window' -

When putting this technique into practice, it fantastic to view things in a different frame... Giving you the power within to move forward.

In the past, I used to believe... I did not deserve any kindness or good word as I had very little support growing up as a child.

Now... I am taking steps daily towards improving my self-worth and self-confidence, allowing me to see beyond my past and strengthen my bond with many.

When we change the meaning of something, we change the feeling. When we change the feeling, we can change the action.

Yes, there will be times when you may feel like quitting, doubting yourself... But it is what you do in those moments and who you become in those moments.

You either allow "what could happen" to hold back or fuel it toward the success you genuinely desire.

One thing to ask yourself is:

What I one thing you know you need to do is start moving you towards where you want to go.

Go out there and be brave. Little consistent action steps are what count.

Go out there and shine your beautiful light,

Sefika
